Have you ever wondered why we use the word "service" to describe what we do in church on Sundays? Our service happens after we leave the building, so service seems to be the wrong name for our Sunday gatherings. I'm not a big fan of "worship experience" either since worship is just a part of what we do. The problem is that I don't have a better one. Any suggestions?
Our new series starts this Sunday at Transformation House. We will be reading Sun Stand Still together and studying how the Lord calls us to audacious faith. I believe this is going to be the most exciting, life-changing series we've had so far.
Besides starting a new series, we are also changing the format of our Sunday morning, um, service. Big changes are in store. Transformers, you won't want to be late!
